Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lakefront with a dock, a fire pit in a private park setting. 2 bedrooms one bath, great room, laundry, large closets - 1600 sq ft. Prefer adventure? Silverwood Adventure, Triple Play water park.Fishing, water sports, hiking, golf courses within walking distance, ski, shopping, restaurants, 3 ski resorts, bike trails, horseback riding, and relaxing. Downtown Coeur d'Alene, ID 15-minute drive. Lakefront living in 83835. One level living is living large.
THE SPACE = New appliances, very private living with a view, lakefront access, firepit, and a private park for a backyard.

OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE - The balcony has great views of the lake. However, it is ~24 ft off the ground. This home is not suited to children. There may be exterior painting on homes below or next door.
