"Room smelled like pee and I wanted to shower but the bath/shower was disgusting."

"The room was clean and very roomy. Bed was very comfortable. The staff, Carmela, Veronica, Diana, Alyson and Joe were more than friendly, we were here for 10 days and really enjoyed interacting with them!! Breakfast was also good and Carmela was very accommodating. Diana was also very helpful whenever we needed information!! Thank you all and hope to see you again next year!!!"

"It has THE Worst parking in Lincoln City. The ac/heat dosen't work at all. The ice machine has been out for a couple years on the 3rd floor. Additionally the bathroom faucet leaked, the refrigerator was turned up causing it to defrost. Came in to find water all over the floor shortly after arriving. Lastly, the smoke alarms went off repeatedly at 5am."

"The location is near Fred Meyer (fuel, shopping). The remodel turned out nicely. We did not have our dog this trip, but it is a good place when she travels with us. There was a daily bother with needing the card key re-programmed. I saw others having this problem. Luckily it was not raining when this occurred."

"You're paying for the view from the road not the view from the cabin itself. The management wasn't very helpful when communicating and seemed like we were putting them out to message them at all. The bed was HORRIBLE and felt like carboard. There is no service in the area, at least for Verizon and whoever we were communicating with seemed annoyed we had any problems. Parking was HORRIBLE unless everyone parked properly which it seemed like no one knew how to do. The room we got had a hill up to it, no stairs, no way of easily getting to the cabin to bring up our bags. It just wasn't a nice relaxing stay, we ended up leaving early. Don't stay here unless you want a low effort "camping" type experience close to tunnel beach."
