"This is a newly renovated hotel I believe, so everything is kinda new which was nice. Staff were amazing, however the hotel itself is near by high way so you can hear traffic noise whole night long( would be nice to have sound proof windows). Breakfast seriously needs some improvement."

"Visited many times in past. Used to be a five star resort. I would rate it now as a 31/2 or 4 at most. Rugs are old and dirty. Garden and flowers were not tended to. Roses etc were dying. Pools were dirty and not skimmed during the day to remove leaves, twigs and debris from the trees. Room however was great. Nice they allow dogs."

"Nice location. Looked good on the surface but it was pretty beat up. The door had issues, the floor was uneven and carpet was beat up on the main foyer. For the price, it was not a good choice. I would not recommend it or stay again unless the price was lower."

"I have no idea how the hotel was. I didn't get to stay there because when I showed up to check in, I was informed that my room reservation was not in the hotel's system. Expedia did not send it to the hotel. After about an hour of phoning and driving I found another room to dtay. I unfortunately had to spend $150 more than I wanted to on a room for that night."
