"Front Desk person was excellent"

"Since there was no cleaning done on day 2, we called to let front desk know we were out of Kleenex. Not enough staff to deliver it."

"Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. the hotel is located right off the highway, therefore pretty noisy throughout the day and night...not easy for a light sleeper."

"This was our first visit, and we hope to come back soon. Check in/ check out was super easy. We entered our room to soft music and a cozy fire. What a pleasant surprise! The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. There were simple instructions for the location of ice and drinks. The bed was very comfortable. The next morning, Vickie greeted us warmly in the dining room and offered several choices for cooked to order breakfast. The food was plentiful and delicious! The only negative is we had not planned a long stay. Next time..."
