"Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."

"We loved our stay at Merryview, the location is stunningly beautiful! The bungalow was warm and inviting, everything was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy. Kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent and the little welcome pack was a lovely thought. If you're looking for a quiet, rural, undisturbed stay we can definitely recommend!"

"We only had a weekend, but it was a charming property set in wonderful grounds. We had a lovely welcome. Its a very old buildings dating back to the 15th century, so it was quirky which added to its charm. "

"Beautifully converted barn. Amazing and unique feature bed, nice to see history being preserved. Tranquil & peaceful. Comfortable, cosy with light and airy living space. The best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! All the utensils & cookware you could ever need. Clean, fresh smelling. Own private decking. Lovely to listen to the birds & rain through the French doors. Elizabeth was welcoming, friendly & helpful. Cookies, milk & homemade apple juice welcome pack. Donkey, horses & goats greeted us...
