"While the house was well appointed and the location was wonderful, we were not told by the property manager until THE DAY we arrived that there was a large home being constructed a few feet away, next door.So if you are planning to go the beach in the next several months, do not expect to hear the waves of the ocean and the seagulls. While in the rental you will hear hammers, electric saws and drills, all the stuff….even on Saturday.Sunday was quiet!"

"Beach was not visible. Everything was well presented and most things worked. Internet was down when first arrived, but came to fix fast. Never did get the patio door to lock. They came and showed us how, but still could get it locked after they left. Freezer did not work. Almost too much space. This place is huge. Pool not heated so we did not use it. Waterfall not working. The lighting in the MAster Bath is difficult to discover. could use a chart to help. Finally figured it out. We had difficulty getting keys out of lockbox. Internet does not reach the Master Bedroom. Overall the house was clean and loaded with extras. We did enjoy our stay. Extra room provided privacy for small groups."

"This is a perfect place for a family to come. It was the perfect setup. It was clean and no unpleasant smells. Enough bathrooms for all, nice setup for cleaning up after the beach. Fun beach toys for use. Walk to beach is easy & safe. AC worked well. Plenty of seating for everyone. Great property& responsive helpful owners. "
