"We was welcomed with a smile and great energy. All questions were answered upon arrival. The room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet and it was delicious all locally sourced food and you could taste it. The views from the hotel are breathtaking definitely something you miss when coming home. All members of staff had a smile on their face and were very welcoming. The bar is lovely 2 open fires were perfect to sit next to and relax for the evening. Town is about 20 minutes drive I don’t know about bus service. We will definitely be back missing it already "

"I couldn't have had a better experience than staying for a night at the Henrietta Hotel. It's a beautiful place to stay, so close to the city centre. Lovely staff who kindly upgraded my room for me and even helped me fix a broken strap on my bag! The hotel is perfectly situated for Pulteney Bridge and is very close to the Roman Baths, Pump Room and all the other sights. I'll definitely stay here again 😀"

"We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead for the spa to avoid disappointment. "

"Excellent stay .. I cannot understand some of the negative comments I read on Bath Spa. Excellent front of house and housekeeping. Great Breakfasts and Spa Experience - Property and room also great, with plenty of parking. Book you wont be disappointed. "

"Clean room, excellent location view onto the mill/river Avon. Only downside was the smell from the bathroom which was reported and action taken by staff promptly but still had the issue however was given a air freshener. Continental breakfast was nice and welcoming. Great views and would come back for sure (in the same room 123).Car parking available but tricky if returning from day out in evening due to tight space's to manoeuvre your vehicle into the spaces available. otherwise will be back again."
