Set on a 5-acre property, this private, self-contained farmhouse blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms (including a cozy mezzanine loft), a full kitchen, comfy beds, and beautiful rural views.

You’ll share the property with the hosts and their friendly dog, plus free-roaming chickens — real Kiwi country living! Perfectly located for exploring beaches, bush walks, bike trails, and local swimming holes.

Good to know: Pets by approval only (lead required). The mezzanine stairs aren’t suitable for toddlers. Rainwater is filtered and safe to drink.

A peaceful base to unwind, explore, and enjoy the best of the Coromandel. 🌿
