"Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up. Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows. Heat is not controlled by room thermostat. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb."

"Basic room with great location in Bostanli. Very quick walk to restaurants and cafes. Close to the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. "

"Honestly as a single woman I didn’t even think about exiting my rental car yet alone staying there. I was very uncomfortable with the location and the type of people that were going in and out of the establishment. It was not for me!!!"

"3 büyük yatak, 2-3 tane kanepe var diye oda kiraladık. 2 büyük yatak ve 3 tane eski süngerler özelliğini kaybetmiş kanepe vardı. Salonda ışık yok, kombi çalışmıyor, duşa kabin kırık, klozet kapağı kırık, banyo da ışık yok ufak bi fişte çalışan lamba koymuşlar işimiz acil olmasa kalınacak yer değil. "

"The location was good for us and the room is spacious. However, the place needs some maintenance and there the room smelled a bit like cigarettes. They even had an ashtray in the room. There is some noise from the road and other rooms but not too bad."

"The rooms are dirty, the walls need painting. The bathroom is a disaster, with a protruding cable (the mirror has no light). The hairdryer is unusable because the socket is broken. The bathroom is a disaster, there's not even a hook to hang a towel. I don't recommend this hotel. The reception is helpful and friendly. The internet is terrible. the only advantage is the location close to shops and restaurants"

"Hotel is clean and is in a busy location with limited self parking; the hotel does offer valet style parking which their staff parks on the narrow street. The hotel itself is old and shows a bit of it's age. The rooms are clean and there is a good supply of linen. The breakfast is included and was okay. There are several food options all around the hotel. We had a little trouble finding this hotel as there was a round about on the main street which has 5 exits and we accidently took the wrong...

"This was definitely not a four star hotel, I have no idea how the class this a four star. I genuinely do not even know where to start. I travel a lot at least once a week and I travel across the world. I’ve never encountered such a horrible room in my entire life. I’ve stayed at two star hotels which is way better than this. This is a big scam please stay away. The bathroom stunk so badly, The room stunk off smoke and I guess somebody was smoking before me and it has not been cleaned at all....
