We was a group booking, the host gave one of our apartment away as we got there one day late and assumed we wasnโ€™t coming, due to delay flight so had to stay in a different hotel till the next day. We was there only for a week and was told to change room 3 times cause they needed the room for someone else, it was such a hassle as we Had kids. The last time they told me to change rooms I refused to change and they threatened to check me out early if I didnโ€™t do so. Then when I got back to my room I realised the host let themselves in, packing up my stuff so I could move to another room. Bare in mind I have moved twice already! After all the hassle i agreed to move as I had kids n didnโ€™t want to be split up With the other 2 groups. While I unpacked my clothes again I notice one of my present I brought as a gift broke. They told me They was going to pay for it which they didnโ€™t. My toilet got blocked and got told I had to pay for someone to come out to unblock it. Couldnโ€™t use the swimming pool as I had to call host if I wanna use it and they was never free. Was told it had to be after 1pm. We only used the pool twice during our stay. We had one key card for 6 ppl to use which was also a hassle. I wouldnโ€™t recommend or come bk here the host donโ€™t care all they care about is money.
