Stylish penthouse apartment, short walk to fabulous beach, pubs, and restaurants

The Penthouse is located on the top floor of the former Beach Hotel and is situated in the heart of Trearddur Bay with a wide range of restaurants, pubs, shops and amenities close by, and the exceptional European Blue Flag beach less than a five minute walk away.
Comfortably accommodating up to six guests in the large open plan living space, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, The Penthouse is ideal for families, friends or couples to enjoy their holiday with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do.
This bright and spacious apartment has been designed with a contemporary feel in mind and an uncompromised attention to detail. Our primary focus when preparing The Penthouse was to ensure our guests will be as comfortable as possible. Carefully selected furnishings and tasteful décor combine to provide a truly delightful and relaxing environment.

Accommodation
In the main lounge area there is ample space for guests to relax on the comfortable three piece suite. A large flat screen TV with integral Freeview, and a Blu-ray player are provided along with a selection of DVDs. Adjacent to this is the play room which comprises of a large flat screen TV with a Sony PlayStation 3 and a selection of games, and a games table. There is also a selection of conventional board games and books available. Free Wi-Fi is available to all Penthouse guests.

A large extending glass dining table and six chairs provides space for guests to dine in comfort. The superbly equipped kitchen is again of a modern design and comprises of a gas hob, electric fan oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, dishwasher, and washing machine.

There are three bedrooms; one king, one double, both with ensuite bathrooms, one twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. All baths have a thermostatic shower over and shower screen.

Great apartment in a very good location

Really nicely appointed apartment just a stone’s throw from the beach and walkable to the various nearby eateries. All rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Only thing to note is that there are no blackout blinds or curtains in any of the bedrooms so if you’re a light sensitive sleeper you might want to take an eye mask.

Cheryl’s apartment is beautifully decorated and in a great location & very spacious for six adults. Communication was first class throughout and everything was exactly as expected. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful long weekend. 4 adults. Apartments perfect and has everything and more that you need. Owner left my daughter a bottle of Prosecco and card for her uni graduation. Lovely gesture. Parking at the rear of the building. Owner was available to answer messages very promptly. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was amazingly clean and well equipped - even plentiful toilet roll, soap, kitchen roll etc. Very comfortable couches and Wi-Fi worked seamlessly.Only slight criticism would be questionable sea view? Can be seen if you try really hard from the front aspect. View from the living rooms and rear bedroom not very good, unfortunately.Parking is located some 150 yards away, out of view.However, would absolutely return.Easy walking distance to several lovely restaurants and the beach and coves.

The apartment was well-equipped, clean and within an easy walk of the beach, shop and restaurant. We had a bit of a problem with the key-safe as there are two safes numbered 10 on the pillar. Cheryl was very helpful and easy to contact.

Once we had checked in it was fantastic.

Check in is confusing because when you arrive there are key safes on the left nr the front door. However the keysafe to this property is hidden away to the right of the front door. We saw the key safes to the left and thought this was it and spent 30 minutes on the phone to vrbo trying to get access to the property. Eventually vrbo got hold of the property owner and our mistake was quickly rectified. Found the correct key safe and we were in! Teens/young adults enjoyed the mini pool table. An excellent base for a holiday on holy island.

Family oriented property

4 adults and 1 child stayed 5 nights at this property. The owner Cheryl is very responsive to questions or issues. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms make this a great family property. This is a top floor property with a view but if anyone has mobility issues you should be aware there are several flights of stairs to get to the unit. The unit is fully equipped with full kitchen, dishes, pots, etc. Also bathroom towels, tablecloths, etc. About 1 block walk to the beach and only a few blocks to restaurants.
