"I’ve stayed here a fair bit and it’s usually good but this trip was awful, they are doing renovations in the foyer and the noise was awful, how the staff can work in that I don’t know AND no warning on their website . We had a room with not hot water and then moved to one with aircon not working, the second room was really badly maintained. Terrible stay this time!"

"We stayed here for 6 nights in mid-April. The location is really nice—quiet area with good transport links and plenty nearby. Unfortunately, the service let it down. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice, even after we asked multiple times, which was pretty frustrating during a longer stay. Management didn’t seem very responsive either, and it felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Overall, the location is great, but the service issues were a dealbreaker for us. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "

"I thought the staff was excellent. I was particularly impressed with Saish, the restaurant- manager in the evening. We ate most dinners at the hotel. Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay.
