Rommel the “manager” was so incredibly rude, disrespectful and condescending. I was in complete shock with my entire experience and after explaining my concerns to him he found every way possible to cut me off and insult me. I’m disappointed and disgusted and will never stay there again. It was filthy and everyone working there was so rude and careless. I could go on and on. Warning, do not stay here.

I would always recommend this hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, horrendous customer service. Be prepared to wait in lengthy queues to check in. Bizarre. Staff not helpful and seem annoyed
