This home is decorated for the holidays! Natural light fills this opulent 5BR/4BA home, affectionately known as Sacred Vista. Nestled amid mature oaks in Horseshoe Bay, the home is an entertainer's dream. With breathtaking views from nearly every room, and several outdoor living areas, this is your ideal Hill Country retreat.

LIVING AREA

Kick back and watch a movie in the main living area, complete with a sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV.

The sitting area just off the foyer has a wet bar and seating for five.

Upstairs, the loft has a love seat, two armchairs, a smart TV, and incredible views.

KITCHEN & DINING

Unleash your inner chef in the spacious kitchen, configured with an additional island sink and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Five can perch at the breakfast bar, while the dining table seats six.

BED & BATH

This two-story house sleeps 12 guests in five bedrooms.

The main suite has a California king-size bed and a smart TV. Wake up to incredible views, then step out to the patio to enjoy morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities.

The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible via the hallway.

Upstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to a furnished balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Built-in bedding makes the fourth guest room extra fun, with two twin-size beds and a twin-over-twin bunk. This room also has its own furnished balcony.

The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, and the adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate water closet.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Step out to the phenomenal private patio where multiple relaxation zones await. Enjoy refreshing drinks in two covered seating areas, one featuring a fire table. Then fire up the gas grill to enjoy an alfresco meal -- an outdoor dining table seats six.

Enjoy Hill Country views with the lake in the distance.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Three smart TVs. Two are equipped with Amazon Fire Stick and one is a Roku TV; the TVs in the main living area and loft also include DISH network.

Parking is available for four cars (two in the driveway, and two on the gravel area on the street).

Due to the remote nature of this peaceful getaway, the Wi-Fi availability/speed may be limited. The fireplace in the home is not operational.

THE LOCATION

The constant-level Lake LBJ provides an ideal setting for Hill Country recreation. Rent a boat from the LBJ Yacht Club & Marina (2.3 miles) and explore the open waters. The Horseshoe Bay area also offers great fishing, hiking trails, and caverns.

Visit Marble Falls (7 miles) for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Or go wine tasting in Fredericksburg, about an hour away. Or see the amazing Johnson City lights during holiday season, a half hour away.

Things to Know:
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely home, great view & everything you want in a vacation getaway. Lots of space for family and/or friends. Close to activities but feels very private and comfortable to stay on the property. Space for everyone & fun to watch a few planes fly into the airport close by (not too busy).

Wonderful stay at Sacred Vista!

Sacred Vista was the perfect setting to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary with extended family! The house is beautiful! We absolutely loved the gorgeous view and amazing pool! We will absolutely be back!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We had a ladies weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable! The location was wonderful with nice views and was close to great restaurants and food trucks! We didn't have to go further than 4 minutes from the property. Would consider renting this home again!

A well-kept older home with a great pool. Three nights with family. Only issue was the dishwasher stopped working so we needed to hand wash the last day. Other than that, nice stay.

Simply the Best

This home is amazing. I have been to it 4 times. I highly recommend it. It is pretty well stocked. Just bring your food. There are 8 beach towels. You might need to bring extra body towels or simply wash the ones you use there. It literally is a home away from home. I hate to leave there every time. Great staff.

House was great, fully furnished, kitchen stocked with everything you would need to cook whatever you want. We had 12 people staying for a family gathering for my mothers 80th birthday and there was plenty of room for all of us. 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. there is an upstairs and downstairs living room. outdoor space around pool. There is a firetable as well an an outdoor fire pit. view from the back patio is amazing. 2 refrigerator one in house one in garage, Full laundry room if you need to wash clothes while there.

Incredible House and We Highly Recommend It

This is a fabulous house. Our family gathered there - 3 daughters & their husbands, 3 grandkids ages, 17, 15 and 2, plus my wife and me. With the intense heat in Texas, 100+, the pool provided great respite. The pool has morning shade and late afternoon shade. Great seating areas are all around the pool. We enjoyed the tall table with stools. It was a great place to drink coffee, enjoy the view and watch the deer. The kitchen is very well stocked. Many extras including 2 ovens, 2 coffee makers, and 2 refrigerators. Lots of dishes and cookware. The only thing we needed, but no big deal was a cutting board and plastic containers. Great seating through out the home. Wonderful bedroom suites that provided great rest. Plenty of places to get personal time when you needed a little solitude. The internet is slow, but it is the fastest offered for the area. While we didn't utilize them, lots of TVs and other entertainment options were available. Lots of board games were there for our utilization.

Great home in the hill country.

I began our stay with great trepidation. I texted with “Vacasa” frequently and they were not very helpful or forthcoming of what I needed to bring (spices,foil,Tupperware,etc..) and was told no Christmas decor in the home (despite listing saying it had decor on VRBO). Once we got to the home I realized I didn’t need to bring half of what we did:( There is a local property manager and the “Vacasa” people I texted with did not put me in touch with her. All would have been so much easier for me if they did, she was lovely. Something I will remember to ask for in the future!! The house is wonderful!! We had 8 family members from all over. Everyone throughly enjoyed their stay. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The view was stunning!! Too cold for the pool but we were all able to take a few long hikes in the hills. House is close to airport you do hear a few small airplanes taking off and landing. We have boys who love planes and they enjoyed watching them. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen for baking a full meal & to store leftovers, spices, and other basics were available. Everyone voted to book this house again for next year!

Relaxing escape

First and foremost, this home is beautiful in one of the most beautiful settings. While it is in the country and not completely secluded it certainly can feel that way. Very peaceful and beautiful to watch the deer grazing around the fence line. This home was more than enough for our family visit, everyone had their own space and bathroom. The outdoor space is what we really came for and it paid off in spades! Beautiful patio with so many places to gather with family. The pool was amazing, even though we didn't get to use it. It is not heated so if not warmed by the sun during the warm months don't expect to swim if not a polar plunge. This was a huge disappointment to my kids, but they loved having the upstairs loft area to themselves to watch TV and play games. We did have an issue with the water heater not working initially but contacted the property manager who requested we try switching on the breaker that for some reason had popped off, quickly resolved the problem. The biggest drawback for my family has nothing to do with the actual house. This is a remote area with limited places to eat. When we vacation, eating out is a huge part of our trips and this area did not provide a lot to desire. Once we decided we were better off preparing our own meals, life was easier. They have a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to grill. Overall it was a nice relaxing escape.
