'Aquilae' - Eagle in Latin - is named for the sea eagles you can watch soaring over Corea Bay as you sip your morning coffee on the deck. The architecturally trained designer, and the master builder intended this beautiful home to celebrate the stunning surrounds with water views captured in every room. With direct access to waterfront and sandy beach, nestled in native flora, vistas sweep right out over the Peninsula District to Box Head and the ocean beyond.
The space
Aquilae is a high end waterfront home with a sophisticated and luxurious design aesthetic. High end finishes and furnishings through out the home lend to a sense of opulence.

Close to local beaches, national parks, local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Direct access too a small sandy beach and across the bay from the boat ramp, Aquilae is the perfect destination to explore the stunning local waterways.

The rear yard has 2 fire pits to choose from and a secluded bushwalk start at the bottom of the property.
