I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house looks exactly like the pictures and the property management was great at communicating with us during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property for a Houston visit!

Overall I very so much enjoyed my visit.The home was very similar to pictures in the listing. I would stay there again. The manager was attentive and answered questions.I’m not sure how old the house is or how long it has been a rental but it could use a few touch ups and a little love .A few of the amenities didn’t work properly (dishwasher and wine refrigerator) . The door to media room has a broken hinge and there were various scuffs and dings to on the walls.

This place was nice. A little nics and dings such as wall paint in some areas, theater couch not so comfy but overall the house is nice and comfortable. A lot of stairs master bedroom on the third floor so, if you have issues with walking upstairs this might not be for you. The area is in the Third Ward of Houston so if you have issues with seeing homeless people or suspicious looking people this is not for you. I did not see anything disturbing on the street the home is located at. The street was very quiet and the home had a ring camera. Many restaurants and live places nearby. My stay was good.

The exterior of this house was shabby. I enterance walls were scuffed and mared. The entire place had a strong small of mold and mildrew. I'm not sure this place should be rented until the mold issue is addressed. The king size bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable at all, the sheets were a low thread count and the bed had no mattress pad. The pillows were not king size. No hand towles in any of the bathrooms. I planned this trip for 8 months and deeply regret my choice.I Have asked to have my stay discounted.
