The property is located in a "sketchy" part of town and I saw some dangerous looking characters lurking about the lobby and the rooms. I was riding my custom Harley and, despite assurances from the very nice young lady at the front desk, I didn't feel safe for my person nor my bike. I didn't even spend the night. I found another place to stay in a nicer part of Huntsville.

Worst room ever!

This hotel is old, run down and nearly dilapidated. The TV did not come in and was very hazy. The room was unclean; there was mold in the bathtub. The next door neighbors made a lot of noise (drilling, humming, etc.) and there were about 10 or more people in their room.

Double Booked Nightmare

The hotel double booked the only non smoking room left. They had no idea. They gave us a key to the booked room. We tried to multiple times to get into the booked room to no avail. Went to customer service twice. By the third time the guy at checkin didn’t believe we couldn’t get in. He went to check himself. And sure enough someone was in the room. We ended up in a smoking room, there were cigeratte holes in the blankets, the tv didn’t work, the cable cord had been ripped out of the wall, and the bathroom door was covered in some kind of splashed mess. It was an experience I do not want to have to relive. Beware. I should have taken pictures but was to caught off guard of how bad it was.

Bad American Best Not

No services, we had to ask for towers. No ice. Laundry inoperable. Staff not too friendly. Not to many customers, however, they were laud. Too many lights outside, impossible to sleep. Toilet and sink dripping all the time. Toilet was kid size. Old tv, laud refrigerator and microwave. Have to disconnect them at night. Check out at 2:00 am, not too happy. Will not stay again.

i didnt like that you could not do early checkin. I drove over 10 hours arrived at 9am and was told to come back at 2pm for checkin. if I had not already prepaid my stay I would not have returned.

Flies bugs everywhere...sheets not clean....men posing as women walking around hungry...bathtubs dirty.....burnt mark on beds and frig nets in it

Terrible just terrible. I stayed there for 5 nights the first room was OK. After 3 nights I decided to extend my stay but they moved me to another room which was absolutely horrific.

There was toliet paper in the toliet when I checked in, could barely get it to flush. When I woke the next morning there was no hot water. Hotel is in a good spot so I hope these issues can be resolved.

Made my reservation with Orbitz when I got there there the clerk said there was no reservation in her system but there was she did not know how to do it made me call Orbitz and waste time finding out the Orbitz clerk called me and told me my reservation was ready then when I got in my room the front desk called me and said I needed to go and sign my credit card and get my receipt when I went down they said Orbitz will send me my receipt I was just a mess never again will i stay there.

Booked a room got here the room wasn’t available was charged a $15 early booking fee when the sign upfront said it was a $10 booking fee then had to wait until almost regular check out time in our vehicle in the rain while they prepared a room once the room was vacant we saw there we no towels

Do not stay here if you want sleep

It was the worst hotel that I may have ever stayed in. They had 4 chairs in the lobby that I would not have let my dog sit in out of fear of what she might pick up from being in them. The room had the locks broken on the door. The light in the bathroom did not work so I took a shower in the dark. There were people shouting and coming in and out of the rooms around me all night long and I slept very little.

WORST ROOM EVER

I purchased a room before I even arrived. Whenever I got there, the person at the counter said they didn’t have me on the list yet, and I waited for about 30 mins just so he could see that I already paid. When I got to my room, it was filthy. There was still candy & condom wrappers, a strong smoke smell, and white/brown stains, and cigarette burns from the last people who had been staying in the room before me. The tv remote didn’t work, and the WiFi barely worked. I also woke up in the middle of the night to roaches on the walls... I really wish that I would’ve taken photos.
