"The staff is amazing Massimo, and Dario came through with last-minute airport transportation arrangements and were very helpful. The full breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s location was convenient near San Marco square. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was noise from people in the upper floors and hallway, but overall it was a very good experience. "
"We got the family suite (Scudi)- fit our family of 6 perfect. Unit was very comfortable though wished they had coffee in the unit (though there was a French press and teabags). Very close to everything. St Marks square was a short 7 min walk away. Only main downside is the lack of elevator- the unit is on the 4th floor- so bring your walking shoes!"
"Great place to stay! The hotel was very nice, immaculate, rooms were nicely appointed, great location, and absolutely delicious breakfasts and wonderful wait staff. All hotel employees we encountered were professional, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, helped us with directions, recommended some awesome restaurants, called water taxis, and had a staff member bring our luggage to the dock upon our departure. Great overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved our stay in Venice!"
