A very nice beach resort with good pool amenities. Parking has to be booked in advance, even off season, to ensure a spot. The gym equipment and space merits upgrade. The breakfast buffet is excellent - fresh and a good variety of options. The poolside bar is fun and the staff friendly.

Very impressive hotel from the moment you walk into reception. Large pool area with full bar service and food-great atmosphere with varied music to suit all. All the staff were very helpful and friendly- breakfast had plenty choice. Will definitely rebook.

Stayed here for part of our honeymoon Ibiza trip! We noted this in our booking and I believe they upgraded our room(yay!) We did not have all inclusive and happy we did not, the buffet looked very subpar and the hotel wasn’t really one to drink a lot and go crazy at. 😅 Overall though, I was super happy with the place. Decor was nice and very clean with boho Mediterranean touches. We went to the spa and I got Hydration facial while husband got Relaxing Massage, he wished he got Deep Tissue instead. Keep in mind hotel is delegate from spa, cannot charge room so you must bring $$. Our room was cleaned and serviced daily, needed extra towels each day though. Some extra activities onsite would be a nice addition. Or games, etc but that really wasn’t the vibe of the place. Location was great. At first we thought maybe too far from most of Ibiza clubs and fun, but very happy we stayed at a little quieter place and could go to louder areas if we wanted. George peppermint cafe right outside the place for pizza/gyros/etc and convenience stores to buy alcohol and snacks. 10 minute walk to some other spots, Cool Cafe for smoothies and toasts. Very close beach access but not the most amazing beach, just sand/water that’s it. We were very happy with our stay -thank you!

We had a great stay at this resort. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is a little bit out of the way to the main strip but we knew that before we booked. The resort was absolutely beautiful and had countless amenities. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Sant Antoni!

Twin bed pushed together to make it a double is a little inconvenient, otherwise the hotel was well maintained. I love the breakfast buffet with extensive delicious selection!!!

The hotel looks nice when you arrive .The welcome was non existent. Was told after I asked on arrival we could ask for a late check out on the morning of departure as our left at 23.25. I was reassured it looked like it should be fine as bookings were still available.I had emailed previously after making the initial booking asking for a late check out also and was told then cannot offer this until the day we were leaving. Breakfast Was ok.There doesn’t seem to be much refrigeration under the cold fresh food ,which left me questioning the quality of it. Eggs are all pre made and under heated lights which also is off putting.Best thing was the fruit and Pastries.The pools are nice with the bigger one having a bar.There is no security as to who comes in to use the facilities and it seems it’s a free for all for anyone wanting to come in.The beachside smaller pool had no fencing around it until yesterday so everyone walking by could come into the hotel area and roam around freely aswell as people selling bags etc On the day of departure I asked for a late check out. I was told I could have a “late” check out at 12.00, baring in mind normal check out is 11.00!as they were fully booked .i had my 4 year old with me and was told I could either pay 290€ for another night or check out and leave bags at reception.The manager had to come and speak to me because I was so furious.If it was fully booked how could it become available for €290!?Definitely below average on customer service

Lovely clean fresh hotel at the Els Pins Resort and Spa Great location on San Antonio Bay with local bars and restaurants Had a great stay for 6 nights and will certainly be back at some point

Lovely hotel
Lovely modern hotel , friendly staff and good location to explore the area . Only downside is the spa/ indoor pool which is not included with hotel stay .

Great hotel great location
Lovely looking hotel very clean, breakfast was nice and plenty of selection, we went out of season the waiting staff although friendly wernt fast or efficient howeve I’m sure and the season goes on they will find their feet! Room was beautiful we had a ground floor with a terrace room was spotless and lovely little body washes, creams etc all provided, only gripe I had was the room was not cleaned for the whole of our stay (Fri-mon) and we had to ask reception twice for clean towels. Great location just a walk from Bay Area and a nice 20 min stroll along the promenade to San Antonio, we did opt for a couples massage which was fantastic, not a cheap experience but well worth it, was a Mediterranean experience, easy to get taxis etc and nice size car park for those who hire a car, all in all great weekend spent here would highly recommend and will definitely return

Ultra modern hotel, great location
New beach front hotel on San Antonio Bay. Ultra modern, cavernous reception sunny swimming pool. We had large double room with balcony and sea view. Spotlessly clean room sheets, bed covering. Good shower pressure. Breakfast buffet in very large dining room with usual selection of hot and cold dishes. Onsite secure parking is a little dear at 15 euros a day. The area is well worn and quite touristy with an eclectic mix of small bars, cafes, shops. There is an excellent no frills Indian restaurant nearby called Curry Palace and the food was fantastic. A nice walk along the seafront (15mins) takes you to heart San Antonio and all it offers. I would definitely stay there again. Oh an there is a Galenco covid testic clinic opposite the hotel and one in centre of town. Antigen 30 euros and results as quick as 15mins.

Nice short stay in Ibiza
We enjoyed our 3 night stay In Ibiza at Els Pins. Rooms an hotel facilities are modern. Well maintained and cleaned. Really nice the beach pool with sea view and sand. Good value for money. Easy to access St Antoni Harbor either by walking 2.5 km aprox.

Don’t waste your time.
Hotel is New. Beds are horrendous. Staff are few and far between. However reception staff i couldn’t fault. Except while writing this I have been waiting for the phone to be answered for 14 minutes 😂 Having a agreed to late check out (2pm) I now need to get out my room at 11am. Listening to pool entertainers do ymca and Saturday night at 10am isn’t my idea of a great idea. Feels like they are in my room. No black out curtains in the “best suite” there is. Air con is shocking. Takes 15 minutes to get hot water. Spa is an extra charge which you have to book. 45 minutes at a time. It might be a 4 star in ibiza but certainly isn’t anywhere else. Actually. This place is rubbish. Who am I kidding. Haven’t a clue how to run a hotel. Been very generous with my ratings.

Hotel was nice and clean wasn't a fan of the whole shower/toilet sectioned off behind glass in the room but other than that hotel was nice staff friendly it was off season so area was very quiet with most places closed or closing down

We spent a wonderful week in this hotel and certainly looking forward to be back next year. The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The personnel very helpful and room service is outstanding. Breakfast selection was excellent. The only thing I would change is to have the pool water heated a bit: it may not be an issue during the hot months but now in October it was, regardless the wonderful sun that delighted us for our whole stay. Also note that if you wish to sunbath from your balcony in the afternoon you need to choose a room with garden view, as the sea view ones only get AM.
