Great location, about 40 min walk to the main strip of the whole island. Many shops/bars/dining options close by. Room seemed much smaller than advertised... Could have used a mini fridge and not too fancy for the price but still the cheapest hotel i found in Ibiza. The food was mediocre at best. I don't get the hype with spanish food. Even though i paid exta for all inclusive the boos were limited with them only offering certain drinks while the others were there but they charge extra for them. We saw a great gymnastic show one night but other than that the promoters weren't as friendly or fun as I'd hoped. Just a mellow atmosphere and not as crazy as i expected or wanted to be. The cleaners are friendly and excellent. I would stay here again if I came back to Ibiza since I wouldn't expect much different from other hotels.

IBIZA
We had a fab time in Ibiza, the hotel was very clean, rooms basic and quite small we had 3 of us in one room but have everything you’re looking for. The staff were very friendly we had a slight issue with the air con but we said to reception and the maintenance man fixed the issue no bother at all. We had bed and breakfast but one of the days we were staying at the pool so we just upgraded to all inclusive for the day as it was well worth the little extra. The taxi rank is just at the bottom of the street so it’s perfect for getting into the west end if that’s what you’re after. There were 8 of us at the hotel for a hen & we would stay again.

Rooms clean, free safe in room, modern with free toiletries. Walls were thin so you could hear neighbours. Balcony overlooking pool had nice sea view which was somewhat spoilt by a crane (but nothing hotel can do about that). You get what you pay for and this was a good quality 3 star hotel you want better pay for 4 star plus.

Overall satisfying, great view
The bedroom was quite small but big enough for one person and the balcony had a beautiful view over the bay so amazing sunsets every night. The pools are nice and with lots of beds - no cushions though which is a big no for me. Also the banging low quality music every day from morning was a bit annoying, but the windows are thick enough to keep the music out. It said "adult only" when I booked but many guests were children so not sure whether they advertise "adults only" only on some broker websites and not others. Obviously very misleading but at least none of the children were too noisy. Great selection for brakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tiny parking - you will likely have to park outside in peak season, but there's enough space within walking distance.

The hotel's website accepted and confirmed my booking without giving me any chance to pay. Later I received an email cancelling the booking without giving any explanation or offering any means of redress. I emailed asking for the booking to be upheld, and to tell me how I could pay for it. That email was ignored. Unable to wait or to be messed about any more, I booked through hotels.com. I've never stayed in a hotel which was more bare and spartan. The breakfast room had all the ambience of a works canteen, with tables crammed in far too close together (see photo). There was no muesli. When I went back to my room after breakfast, I hung the "Non Molestar" sign on the door (see photo). Soon afterwards the chambermaid knocked on the door wanting to know whether she could clean the room. When I said "NO!", pointing to the "Do Not Disturb" sign, she said "later, or tomorrow?". I said "later, but NOT when I'm in it!". Very unsettling. The hotel reception persistently refused to tell me the times of the buses to the airport. I got the times easily from a friendly and helpful receptionist at the Playa Bella Apartments nearby, where I wished I'd stayed because it had much better pools, located right on the beach unlike the Playa do sol Riviera's which are surrounded on three sides by buildings (see photo). 20 Euros deposit was charged by the hotel reception for the loan of a beach towel, an extortionate and hostile amount for something costing about 5 Euros to replace.

We had a short stay and the hotel had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and comfortable - with a great view from the balcony.

The included breakfast was excellent. It had everything! Full course! Free parking, but very small parking lot. May need to find parking on the street. I don't know if it was just our room, but the bathroom had sort of a big vent through which it was easy to hear neighbors. Also, from the room the plumbing in the wall was very audible.

People make the place. Is an old horel, that clearly needs a refurbishment, but you wouldn’t really care if the staff was nice. They are not. Rude and inexperienced receptionists (Fabio for all), and poor breakfast service.

The property was walking distance to the clubs in the San Antonio Bay Area ( 35-40 euro cab ride to Ibiza Town-opposite side of the island). The rooms are a bit small and dated,but if your in Ibiza I doubt you’ll spend much time in your room. Try to get the all in exclusive rate. I had breakfast deal only but was able to upgrade for around 30 euros a night to get unlimited drinks (select kinds) and lunch,snack bar and dinner . It’s a great savings since the island is quite pricey.

Noisy place but friendly staff and very good food.
Earlier comments about noise is due to poor fitting, non existent, fire doors, thin walls but mainly caused by loutish behaviour of some guests. The staff were excellent throughout and the range of food amazing. Brits are the biggest moaners about food especially those whose waistlines show over indulgences. Loved the location, and mid June, before the rush, was a good time to visit and enjoy this fine hotel.

Stairway from hotel to road dangerous. No indication of step edge at various widths. White paint required and and lighting installation as there is none at present which makes it very dangerous to go down these steps at night. I had 4 occasions of wrenched back even when I knew of the hazards. Other than this I give this hotel a high mark.

Good hotel but...
Good hotel. Make sure you take cash for the horrid tourist tax which I wasnt aware off also you have to hand in deposit of 2€ for use of a cup, which you hand to the barman and he gives you your drink and then if you want another you have to take your cups back and at end you need to collect your token after returning your cup. You get the 2€ back on giving token back to reception. Food good, beer good for all inclusive rest of drinks massively watered down!

Well worth the money and would happily go back again. Lunch and dinner menu are fantastic for what they provide I'd make the most of that next time. Really wish I'd took the time to check everything out on the first day instead of leaving it till the end. Recommend if you fancy an affordable and great place to go.

Nice hotel, not so great location
The hotel was fine, nice room with balcony, friendly staff, nice pool area, lots of choices for breakfast. Sound transferred very well from bathroom to bathroom through the venting system, not a big deal. The wifi worked intermittently and was not very reliable. This location was not the place for us as it is very much a British resort area with no Spanish flavour at all. If travelling to Ibizza I would recommend staying in another area of the island or renting a car so you can escape from the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly. The room was quite simple but it was fine. The only problem was the noise in the next roon always around midnight difficult to sleep and also people taking sunbed while they were away.

I've stayed here 3 times The staff are friendly, helpful and multi lingual Everyone is kind and welcoming I especially like Marga , Toni and Michel as they really help you feel at home as do the restaurant staff Every room has a balcony and the all inclusive is a great deal

Nicely situated your not bang in the middle but near enough to walk into the busy day/nightlife. Hotel was basic with very thin walls but was fine for what we wanted, cleaned every day nice pool area,friendly staff, great cocktails which were very reasonably priced! Little Italian restaurant next door I would also recommend, cheap and lovely food! Only fault I could say was the blankets provided in the rooms were covered in hair even after i asked for them to be changed, was pretty disgusting.

GREAT!!!!
We have just come home from the hotel following a 4 day mini break. had a lovely time staff are really lovely always happy to help food very nice. our hotel room was really large and very clean the beds were amazing sleep so well.All the bar staff were lovely but Tony was so friendly and funny, will miss him. they were two older lady's in the restaurant called Andrea and Paqui so friendly and always smiling. but the best member of staff has to be Izabela she is the entertainment / restaurant superviser wonderful staff member. It only a few minutes walk from the beach the bars shops and restaurant. the local bus is a cross the road. we will go back to that hotel for another mini break.

Great choice
Stayed here 6 times now. Always get the all inclusive package. Good value for money. Rooms are clean, food is good with plenty choice. Friendly staff. It's far enough away from the west end that you get a decent sleep although the water taxi is 5 min walk from hotel and takes you over to main part every 30 mins for €3. 10 min trip.

Fab location, amazing staff, lovely food!
Had a brilliant week, took my 1 year old daughter, loved it. The staff on reception and the restaurant were so friendly and helpful, made the stay perfect. The food was good and varied, rooms comfortable and the shower in the room really good! Great location close to several beaches, bars and restaurants and lively but not too noisy!

I loved the staying here, all the people was very helpful and nice for the things i have used (i didnt buy all inclusive take note). But there was just one person that limited the job a lot but for one i cannot devaluate the rest of the people who made me feel like home. just need some adjustments because i was like expecting a little bit more about my room but it was ok also finally. If you are going to have your time near san antonio - san jose beaches its near and you can take bus right in the corner also to go to the airport. But to go to ibiza town, den bossa or big clubs its a little complicated to use regular service but not impossible.

I booked this place last minute and wasn't really expecting much to be honest but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was the usual buffet/cafeteria style but it was fine with enough choice to keep you interested. The rooms were clean and functional (bit tired if anything). The best part was the pool area and bar which was excellent. San Antonio Bay has a strange mix of families and clubbers but both seem coexist just fine.

The one thing I would complain about is being able to hear next door (quite loudly) every time they used the toilet. Othereise the facilities were great and overall good value for money.

Low expectations - but very surprised and delighte
I was part of a group of 17 friends celebrating a 50th birthday. I had low expectations of the hotel because it was so cheap - but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and comfortable. The food was very basic - but so what, for the money we paid it was fine. The staff were lovely - friendly and kind.
