"The hotel is in a strategic place, you can reach all the main attraction by walking and biking. Near the hotel there are the bus stops to go to some of the main beaches.
The staff is excellent and always kind and helpful.

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself has a stunning garden pool on the ground floor and a rooftop pool with several sunbeds which provide fantastic views of Palma and the port.
If you are driving I would recommend avoiding using Google Maps to get to the hotel (who provide offsite parking) as this takes you through some very tight streets that are more for walking. There is a small roundabout just off the main road which is where you should aim for. "
"We had a fantastic stay here in a Deluxe room which was beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and attentive at all times.
The breakfast was fresh and there were a number of hot options from the kitchen. I had a ham and cheese omlette and the pancakes which came with fresh berries and syrup. Delicious!
The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral and the central shopping district.
The rooftop bar is excellent, the strawberry mojitos were incredible!
We wil be returning here, we loved every minute of our stay.
