This property is the only one on the Promenade to offer private, off road parking, making it a rare find. Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful break, or avid surfers looking to utilise the close proximity to Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is accessed separately to the house, with the holiday apartments their own entrance. The bedroom looks directly over the beach, and is furnished with a double bed has an orthopaedic mattress and luxury bed linen. Suitable for 2 people but a third can be accommodated upon request as there is a small fold out chair bed in the room. Travel cot and high chair can also be provided upon prior arrangement. The separate kitchenette is supplied with all essentials including fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee nespresso machine. Leading from the kitchenette is the bathroom with walk in shower. There is an allocated space provided with the apartment in the car park which is directly outside the property and only accessible to guests and residents with permits which are supplied upon arrival.

The property is accessed via keycode, which is supplied to guests 24 hours before arrival. We will be contactable 24/7 and owners live on sight. We can ensure a quick response to any issues.

Take a trip on the sea safari and enjoy a meal at one of many restaurants which include the michelin recommended restaurant 'Antidote' in St James' place. Our far-reaching coast path makes for a variety of picturesque walks and the nearby award winning beaches are ideal for a relaxing day out. If you require secure storage for any bikes/surfboards, then this can be supplied by the owners who live onsite (with prior arrangement).
