A gem in the hills above Florence

This was a great place to stay for four days as our Tuscan base. Surrounded by olive groves, it's a beautiful location to stay with views of the Arno Valley. The pool and gym are added features that make relaxing at the venue more appealing than the many nearby attractions.

Fantastic 2 bedroom villa. Great views from the garden. Our favourite stay in Italy. Elena and Leonardo provided excellent hospitality with extra advice and help. My 60th there which I will never forget. Pool area is beautiful as well.

We stayed here for our friends wedding close by. We chose here as we have young children and there was a swimming pool. We were very pleased with the toys in the grass area, as this kept them entertained the whole time. It was very clean, nice and quiet. Stunning views, very relaxing, staff very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and Clean

Pros: Comfortable, clean and spacious space. We really enjoyed the amenities and spaciousness of the apartment. The views were amazing and unobstructed. Calm and noise free. Cons: As it is a stand alone farm, there are no stores or restaurants close by. We had to drive every time we needed something.

Make sure you come prepared, there is nothing around and it’s hard to access. Also, do not plan to arrive late at night. The arrival instructions are very unclear and its easy to get lost.

Had a great stay here and the staff was so lovely and super helpful. They provided me with cabs and answered all my questions. We did not get a car during our stay here. But i highly recommend others do get a car!! There is a bus at the corner of the property, however the buses run a very limited ride schedule. and even more limited coming back in the evening hours. the apartments were lovely and the entire property is beautiful and clean. The pool was so fun as well! the apartments come equipped with a kitchen. However the down side is that there is no options for food/dinning walking distance at all. I recommend to get a car so you can go to the supermarket at any time. There are markets close by. However, without a car, obtaining food, drinks, and even getting around is difficult. Make sure to bring the drinks back to the apartment as well to enjoy by the pool! Great pool views! I would recommend for families traveling in groups, but not for couples who want to enjoy dinning out more. However, if you want to enjoy a nice quite stay, stay here!! The town center close by Impruenta, is only 10-20 mins away by car/bus and has great dinning options! But remember to avoid going mid-day hours as businesses close and reopen at 7PM.

Beautiful villa

This resort is really peaceful, good views and great location. It's near both Siena & Florence. The villa we had was really clean, modern appliances with beautiful views from the rooms. They provided a really informative tour on olive oil production. We stayed for 3 days, which was not long enough.

Fantastic property!! Apartment is huge with full appliances and washing machine and the view is spectacular! Only downside is that you only get one set of amenities and don’t get your roomed cleaned daily, which isn’t specified... no a huge concern If most the time your outside enjoying the pool and view. There’s a 2.50 Euro bus which stops directly outside the gate and goes to the local town Impruneta or Florence which is handy! Defiantly recommended!!

Perfect place for a quiet familly vacations!

What a nice place!! The view is fantastic, super clean and super familly friendly. The local bus can be taken at a few minutes walk to go to Firenze or Impruneta. We didn't have a car and it was fine! They make olive oil and it is sooo good. A perfect stay! :)
