"Parking was great. Right outside hotel and well lit. Reception staff excellent. Friendly professional and very informative. Good conversation amd friendly. Room was comfortable although a bit tired and in need of renovation. Taps were difficult to turn off but managed it. Highly recommended this hotel and staff."

"The staff were all lovely,the breakfast was delicious too,lots of choice,the room was really nice ,but the bed was awful,we both found it so uncomfortable ,the premier inn bed is so much more comfortable and bigger,plus the quilt was very small for the bed,the bathroom was lovely and clean,and the shower was good for me been upright,the pressure wasnt very good though,apart from the bed ,everything was really nice,we enjoyed our stay,and all the staff,checkin and breakfast restaurant staff were really nice too"

"Lovely Staff, very welcoming and friendly. Nice clean room. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a toilet brush in the toilet and maybe better quality toilet paper? Otherwise lovely, and nice toiletries."

"Staff on reception were very good, helpful and friendly. Room was excellent. Hotel was very quiet. Had a great nights sleep. Car parking spacious. Hotel was easy to locate straight off junction 10. Breakfast was also very nice. 😊 (This is especially pleasing as in times past the breakfast was the one thing which I thought was very poor.) Thank you."
