We found our stay to be quite disappointing. The hotel room was clean, and the reception staff displayed commendable helpfulness and politeness However, our experience was ruined by lack of vegetarian options during breakfast, which we consider to be a vital meal, especially when traveling abroad. The only hot vegetarian dish offered was falafel, and it was disappointingly dry.
Switzerland is known for its hospitality, but when we asked if the chef could whip up something else, the restaurant staff were kind of rude and said no.
We've been all over the world, including lots of places in Europe, and this was one of our biggest disappointments. Just so you know, this isn't a budget hotel, the prices are in line with others around here. So, if you're a vegetarian, we'd recommend looking elsewhere for a breakfast that suits your taste.
Additionally, it is important to mention that the room lacked a mini fridge, rendering it impossible to store outside food for cooking or safekeeping within the room. So you're in a tough spot if you're a vegetarian and staying here. We hope this feedback proves valuable to potential visitors.
