"The room wasn't as clean as expected. The electric outlets didn't work. Someone came rapidly to fix it. At the restaurant, the server didn't bring us water like the others neither come back to see how we were doing. It is a good quality price. Even with those inconvénients, we would go back for a short journey. One or two days."

Was easily fixed by a very customer first house keeping member after enduring an education on processes that had to be followed by the reception. The fact i was made to feel uncomfortable for challenging this set the tone of the brand. It was an easily fixed problem in the end so no idea what to say. Perhaps an off day but 2 out of 2 tries with this business suggests a rethink on your customer first freedom within a framework policies. "
