"Rooms were clean and the amenities were good. Staffs were kind and tried to help even though the language were not perfect to both of staffs and guests. Breakfast was fair and the taste good. The location of the hotel was in the bazar(traditional market place) and didn't have a owned parking space for self driving guests. So it was confused to park my vehicle for me. It's location was very close to the Agora of Smyrna(the old historical ruin) in 7 minutes by walking. If a guest want to visit...

Restaurant staff where very kind. Room service did a terrific job. Wi-Fi worked great. There was always hot water and the heating worked great. We highly recommended this hotel according to our great experience there. "

"5 minute walk from the historical İzmir elevator, this was a late find and I wasn't sure if I could park there. They practically had a free valet parking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I loved the fact that bedroom was somewhat separated from the sitting/TV area."
