We had a great stay only down side was the pool wasn’t open, even though it was ready to go, the manager said it wasn’t open until Memorial Day…other than that the room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, and the hot breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a Walmart within walking distance. There are a couple eating places near by which is nice because Milan is such a small town. The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean. There were plenty of chairs around the pool so others could sit down. It was an overall good experience.

Great hotel

The staff was super friendly. Our room was very comfortable, loved the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The breakfast was great and everything was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay. Good location.

Very friendly staff. There was a funky smell when we first entered the lobby of the hotel, but didn’t notice it after that. Our room had garbage under the suitcase bench, that was missed by the cleaning crew. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

We came to Milan for a family wedding in Medina and this property could not have been more perfect. The staff made us feel like family from the moment we walked through the front doors. The breakfast was incredible and, if you walk away hungry, it's your own fault! The room was clean and comfortable. We have lots of family in that area and this will be our go-to place to stay! Thank you Milan Hampton staff!!

We found this location to have friendly staff, all the amenities, and conveniences, one would expect of a quality hotel. However; we did find it odd to not have a small refrigerator, or microwave in the room. Apparently; the room was not designed to have these items.

The staff are incredible and so friendly and nice! I'd come back just because of them. It is an older building and could use some touch-ups, but the cleanliness was good. Will stay here again in the future!
