Welcome to Sunset Slough by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin! Are you looking for a private feel with lots of room to entertain? Book Sunset Slough! Located in Jackson's Gap, Sunset Slough offers 4 outdoor entertaining areas, a gas grill, a screened-in porch, a boat ramp, a dock, and an apartment located on the bottom floor with its own private entrance! If you're looking for some fun in the sun, you can also find kayaks and a paddleboard on the premises. There is an outdoor commercial ice maker for your convenience so you can fill up your cooler before you hit the lake! Grab a cup of coffee from the Keurig and head out back to enjoy the beautiful views! If you prefer to stay in, the view from the main floor is spectacular as well, with large windows overlooking the lake!

On the main floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1) King bed with an ensuite. Bedroom 2) 2 double beds 3) a twin-sized bunk bed.
Downstairs you will find a private entrance to the apartment that has a king bed and ensuite, as well as amazing views of the water!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Must be 25 years and older to book.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
This is a no-smoking property.
Pets are allowed with a $150 pet fee per pet. Max of 2 pets.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
For safety reasons, please do not use the boat lift. The power to the lift has been disconnected.
Please respect the neighbors and the fact the home is in a slough. When entering in the slough, remember other families will be swimming and enjoying the lake and try not to cause a wake.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
