This unit was run down and needs to have things fixed and updated. light bulb out, socket that don't work, chipped paint, and carpet that is worn and dirty. I have rented other units in this complex and this was the worst and doesn't meet the standards that one would expect I had to call maintenance and he was prompt and helpful.
