Sea Nook is at the Beach!

Welcome to Sea Nook! This quaint condo is located in the Terraces at Beachside, a small 15-unit oceanfront complex with direct beach access. Very quiet, clean and comfortable, it is the perfect place for an Amelia Island getaway or retreat. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, HDTV and wireless internet access.

The unit has been recently remodeled and now has a king size bed. Beach towels, a couple chairs, a cooler, and two bicycles are provided with the condo. The building is locked 24/7 and access is only possible with a code and/or provided keys.

Conveniently, there is a restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch and dinner, or for enjoying cocktails after a day spent at the beach.

The Terraces at Beachside is located 200 yards from Fort Clinch State Park and a 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Egan's Creek Greenway. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a short one-mile car or bike ride away. Stroll the streets of Fernandina and visit the museums, shops and fine restaurants. The marina is a great place to catch the sunset.

If this unit is not exactly what you are looking for or if you are traveling with family or friends, take a look at our other two properties on this floor (102 and 103 Terraces at Beachside) - as we have a total of three units there. We also manage 201 Terraces at Beachside on the next level up as well.

*Please note that this building is smoke free and pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Our property does not have ocean views and it does not have a balcony or outdoor living space.

Comfortable Oceanside Stay

We travel to Ameilia Island every year for the Concours and other car week related events. This clean and comfortable ocean side unit placed us close to everything and provided more than a comparable priced hotel room, including a full kitchen and seperate bedroom. I will defintly stay here again next year.

Beautiful accommodations, and I love how everything was clearly explained per check-in and check-out via text and in-suite, including instructions on bikes, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Staff was happy to accommodate with a change in pillows and extra blankets. Suite was immaculately clean. Steps from the beach and Sandbar Restaurant! While we would definitely book with this property management company again, we would pick a different suite with less foot traffic outside the windows (the windows face the pool and a parking lot). Overall, great price and value!

Good location

The room is located within walking distance of the beach, 2 restaurants, a park, a gas station, and a Putt-Putt course. Driving to the historic district is literally a straight shot - just one road all the way there. Also, the wifi and roku TVs worked perfectly. Thanks.

Very nice condo

It was a wonderful location. The condo was beautiful. The only drawback is you are looking out at pool and parking lot. I always put in ocean front so you are looking out at ocean. But theses condos had another building in front of it.

Quaint and Cozy

The property was small and cozy. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach and a nice beachside park and restaurant. It was 2 miles (at most) from practically everything. It was sufficiently outfitted with cookware and utensils. Consumables were sparse (toilet paper, coffee, etc), but wasn’t expected to be more. Overall, a very nice place to stay, location was great, and enjoyed the ease in which we were able to get in and out and to where we wanted to go for the week.
