"Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town. I was a little disappointed in how dark the rooms were and we also had issues with our shower drain. But overall this is a five star hotel."

"Perfect location just off the main square. The breakfast area was being renovated so unable to comment. I stayed for 3 nights so didn’t feel the room needed housekeeping. The bed was super comfortable! "

"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The apartment we had was immaculately clean, had all we needed and the staff above and beyond to we had everything we could want. There is a small supermarket, a bakery and an off licence across the street which were very handy. Galleria Krakowska and the train station were just a couple of minutes walk away. A 5 minute bimble to the Barbican and another 5 to the market square. I will definitely return to Cracow Central 10/10"

"After late arrival due to flight delay the transfer and reception team were very friendly and welcoming! Was given a room upgrade which was fantastic! Located centrally walking distance to excellent shops/restaraunts/bars. Altogether a very pleasant stay in a lovely historic city"
