Impressive 6 Bedroom Family Villa with Infinity Pool

Villa Ermita is a large, beautiful 6-bedroom villa. Situated in the exclusive ‘Montgo National Park’ area of Javea, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from local restaurants and supermarket. The house is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, perfect for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday and ideal for those that want the space to spread out and relax. The ‘Landscaped Gardens’ and ‘Chill Out Areas’ offer something for everyone and is ideal for large families.

The large, private south facing terrace borders the 'Salt Water Free-Formed Infinity Pool’ which has a beach entrance, perfect for little ones and enjoys privacy, security and is a great place to top up that tan. The ‘Pool Area’ enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and is perfect for those that just want to soak up those rays with no fear of being overlooked.

At lunch you do not have to move far from that sunbed. There is a large poolside kitchen with gas BBQ and a large 14 seat dining table, perfect for poolside alfresco dining and spending quality time with family and friends on those long summer days.

The house boasts 6 double rooms, 4 ensuite, set over three floors including a separate apartment. There is an additional sofa bed increasing the capacity to 14 people if required, and all bedrooms are comfortable and air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The bedrooms have flexibility in layout should it be required.

Guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity and space for large families and mature groups and is only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants.

All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´ to give you the basics on your first day, ´Beach Towels´ to use whilst you're with us, allowing you more space in your suitcase for those extra clothes & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet WiFi´ so that you´re always connected. We want to make sure that you keep coming back year after year.
