Charming south facing character villa on one level with picturesque fullsize tennis court, larger 12*5 pool with diving board, on flat plot over 4000m in a peaceful location near to Javea Golf.

The separate cottage next to the bbq area has a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, and shaded by a large olive tree. Large lawns, mature garden with many large trees giving shade in summer, play areas, adventure for children, bbq area, large long driveway and lots of parking.. Overlooking campo wilderness with no neighbours overlooking the house.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with views to the pool . The spacious main suite has walk-in dressing room and patio doors onto the garden. The gym room in the main house is next to main bedroom. The naya opens up with a large awning for shade in summer for covered dining.

Good fans for cooling, aircon in main bedroom and cottage

Relax by the pool or on the lawn under the trees or in the covered chill out area. Play football or lawn games with the children.
