It was not good. They are make up the rooms but the whole hotel needs a new look and it needs to be updated. Except the day I did the chech in, the rets of the days the stuff was not welcoming and they didn't covered my needs. Breakfast was poor quality. And please, don't go to the restaurant, the food was horrible. Croquetas very strong flavour, fish tasted old and was cooked dry, pasta was stick like a block. I'm not going to go again.

Comfortable room. Pool good to sit around while resting. Parking was our main reason for staying here.
The toilet fell over while I was using it and apart from a room change and offer to be checked out at hospital no further compensation was offered (drink or meal)

We liked the hotel very much however the room we stayed in needs a bit of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. Great location and and nice premises with a very good restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

2nd time staying here and just as happy. Room excellent with big, comfy bed. Great pool outside with room for lounging. Has hotel breakfast restaurant and also adjoining bar/restaurant which is truly fabulous. (Complimentary water/soft drinks in room would be a nice touch for 4* hotel as €1:70 for a bottle of water from the vending machine is a bit ridic). It’s a fair walk into town (30 mins) but it is very pleasant. There are also some bars and restaurants in the area and only 15-min walk to Corte Ingles!! An issue was pool generator kicking in early morning which wasn’t a problem last time but was this time due to poolside room. However, loved our time there and can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Jerez and Spa. After traveling around Spain for the last three weeks, it was a nice refreshing break. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and overall we felt it had a relaxed feel. We didn’t try any of the spa or fitness facilities so cannot comment on their quality. We tried to communicate in our broken Spanish but most of the staff spoke English so communication was not a problem. The hotel is a bit of a hike to the old city but since we had access to a car this was not a problem. The buffet breakfast was good with a variety of food on offer. The hotel is used by tour groups so timing your breakfast can be important. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

The hotel is located in city main avenue direct linked with center and old town, you can get very easily by bus or taxi (less than 7 ) Forget the mess of driving and parking in the center (more expensive than a taxi). I tried to cancel booking as I am in Portugal and not Spain so did not book into hotel but have not received refund and can't call yous very poor customer service
Superb hotel and the swimming pool/outdoor bar is excellent. After a long day sightseeing, jumping in the pool and having a cool drink is guaranteed to make you happy. Breakfast is excellent - plenty of choices. The walk to the centre of Jerez is just 25 mins or a taxi ride if you’re feeling lazy.

Signposting to hotel could be improved but free parking which is a real bonus. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Room was very comfy and we had a lovely terrace overlooking a super peaceful garden area. Has a great outdoor pool which is free access but you have to book spa (45 mins for €10) and closes for a bit in afternoon. It’s a good 30 min walk along lovey avenue into centre but if you don’t fancy that reception will get you a taxi in no time at all. Breakfast very good and reasonably priced. The hotel also has a connected restaurant AQ35 which does really good food and is not too expensive (although some restaurant staff may appear a bit unfriendly at times). Would very happily return to this hotel.

The hotel was generally ok but the facilities need upgrading, the staff are very good.
The noise from other rooms during the night is enough to wake you
Everything was great apart from the restaurant, there were signs everywhere with a QR Code for the menu only to be told that they don’t use that one now. There was Steak- a lot of steak on the menu and very little else meat wise, when I asked for chicken or pork I was just told no, so I had the tuna and it was tasteless so I told them to take it away but still had to pay for it. Waiter could do with a bit of retraining to say the least.
we very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jerez & Spa. The Lobby greeted you with the smell of orange blossoms, rooms were very clean.

I had wanted to use he spa, but was just not there long enough :-( my partner did, and said it was lovely, although would have helped to know in advance about having to go in on the hour. Also I am going to start zero rating hotels that do not stick to their own linen replacement policy. We did everything to keep our linen/towels on the first night, and it worked. Although when we got back in the ‘I want my linen changed” card had been put squarely on the bed. I removed it for day 2... but no, everything was changed this time!!! And avoid the free sherry in the hotel. It was very simple and not a good example of what sherry is like at all.

Clean hotel with good bar and food. My only criticism is the spa had to be booked by the hour and on the hour just for the jacuzzi or sauna

The front desk staff was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The property was well maintained and clean as a whistle inside and out. We were given a courtesy upgrade for unknown reasons, and our upgraded room was spacious, well appointed, and quite comfortable. In particular, the multi-headed shower was luxurious.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Nice room with a good bed and plenty of room. Big swimming pool. Parking direct outside the hotel door was included. Extensive breakfast buffet.
