Top Jewish Community of Kansai Hotel Reviews
HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT
10/10 Excellent
"So close to the park and a train, and staff were amazing and helpful."
Hotel Keihan Universal Tower
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was very helpful, we mailed our luggage to the hotel and they delivered the luggages to our room before our arrival. Breakfast was great, room was clean, couple of restaurant nearby and a lawson downstarirs"
Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA
8/10 Good
"This is a really big restaurant with so many travelers from different countries. Everything goes smoothly during check in and out. Convenient transportation but still very hard to find everywhere, that’s due to this complicated area. The restaurant is fine, but next time I would like some quiet area. Unlike many same standard restaurants, they didn’t offer bottled water and cosmetic products."
THE RISE OSAKA UNIVERSAL BAYSIDE
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is only a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The bathroom has a washer, but no dryer. You have to hang your clothes on the clothesline on the balcony or in the bathroom and turn on the bathroom fan. It takes at least an hour and a half for your clothes to dry in the bathroom. We were there in August, so our clothes dried fastest outside. It was a great experience for us. The only thing I didn't like was that they served the same two breakfasts every day. It's not bad if you’re staying for a weekend or less than four days, but it’s not ideal for those staying more than a week unless you don't mind eating the same thing every day. The staff was very respectful and welcoming."
LIBER HOTEL OSAKA
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing onsen with true mineral waters, so relaxing after a long day. Close to free ferry over to the Osaka aquarium and directly across from the train station and Universal Studios"
The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan
10/10 Excellent
"While the room wasn’t incredibly spacious, the space had been used well in terms of design and furniture— my personal taste is not loving a shower-over-bath for comfort (particularly after a long day walking with sore legs) however that’s not a deal breaker for me. Friendly staff, and great amenities as well as an awesome location both for public transport access and access to universal studios"
Hotel Monterey KOBE
10/10 Excellent
"clean and cozy. It is located in the middle of the downtown"
ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower
10/10 Excellent
"Rooms were spacious and super clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel as lots of options in the shopping centre outside. We had an issue with the safe on the last day and they were there to fix it within minutes. Perfect place to stay."
Kobe PortTower Hotel

"When a property offers a gym and a hot and ice bath facility, then it has the capacity to really please its guests. I loved using both of those areas. However, when on one night the room is valued at AU$176.and the next night it is AU$53, you sort of raise an eyebrow!!! The restaurant called The Harbour provides a very decent buffet, that is overpriced given there is no opportunity to eat past 9 pm. The HANGOUT on the top floor is wonderfully located but the staff didn’t have a clue what was going on regarding reservations. At the entrance near reception is a claim to be internationally known, yet no one speaks English and neither is there an English menu. I think the property is poorly led, because the staff are very transactional and do not appear to have a sense of mission and awareness as to what they are creating. This property could be so much more. I recommend it, if health facilities are important to you. Bernie Kelly"
