"Hotel is average at best. Property isn’t updated. Pool isn’t very well kept. Broke out with red itchy bumps from the pool water. Overall experience wasn’t good."

"Hotel was clean and friendly. There was remodeling going on in the conventiona area keeping some of the restrooms off limits which was a problem for the conference attendees I was with. Also, staff only offered one buffet coupon per room, regardless of how many people were staying in it."

"The desk staff was friendly were friendly, but not very outgoing. I would use the term shy to describe, sometimes speaking so low as to be hard to understand. They just need a little training up. The bar can’t compete with Smash Park next door. The good news the facility is vastly superior to the downtown Fairfield in where we recently stayed."
