Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: storage room for bicycles, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 1.9 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 1.9 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, ski bus stop 500 m, cross country ski track 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal 2 km, Zillertal Arena 9 km. Hiking paths: Hochzillertal 2 km.
"Georg", 3-room apartment 75 m2, on the lower ground floor. Bright, very tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Floor heating. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Due to the hillside location, the apartment can be reached via an external staircase. Own entrance.

Haben eine schöne, erholsame Zeit in dieser stilvollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Hatten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schicke Bäder und schöne Zimmereinrichtungen. Die Matratzen waren, für unsere Gewohnheiten, etwas zu hart, ansonsten alles sehr sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Top Unterkunft mir sehr freundlichem Vermieter. Der Wohnung fehlt es an keiner Ausstattung für den täglichen Haushaltsbedarf. Die Lage ist gut mit wunderschöner Aussicht in das Zillertal. Die Gondel zum Skigebiet ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gerne wiederholen wir den Besuch in dem Apartment.
