"After staying in multiple hotels in Japan. I would have to say this one was our least favorite. Although it was convenient being right at the airport. The cleanliness we experienced in the other hotels wasn't present. The room smelled of old dirty socks, and the bathroom was not the cleanest either, which we overlooked since we were only there for one night. However I expected more since all our other experiences in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka were near perfect. The pros for this hotel would be that it's at the airport, self check in/out, the great staff at the entrance, and we also got vouchers for breakfast which was a bonus. Otherwise, I would say this is an average hotel. It's not the worst you can get, but for the price you pay, I would have expected more. "

"The bell hops were helpful when we arrived via taxi and when we needed a taxi as well, translating our destination from English to Japanese. The front desk was quick for check in. The room was spotless and cozy. The city view was spectacular with a balcony. Especially like that they are eco friendly, providing a water craft to refill. The fridge was exceptionally cold. Walkable to waterfront activities and train station."

"Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I tried changing rooms but was told non-smoking rooms were fully booked. I wish this was explained in the listing. Overall everything else was pretty good."
