"Great location, centrally located to all the stations and bus stops, as well as shopping centers and street markets. Staff was helpful and polite. Location provides laundry services but did not have self-service laundromat, however there are at least 2 independent self-service laundromats within 15 mins walking distance."

"Ac was great, breakfast was ok, not worth the price. You might as well walk to Nikisha market and have a better one. There is a McDonalds 3 mins way."

"Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free. "
