On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. You will find a couple of loungers on the terrace. There are two not-detached villas within this type. There is also a standard variation of the 4-pers. detached villa (NL-4493-112). There are four bedrooms, one of which on the ground floor. All the bedrooms hove two single beds. There is a bathroom on both the ground and the first floor. In the downstairs hall is a separate toilet. All the villas are fully furnished. The beds are all boxsprings. You always have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa.
