During your stay, you'll have full access to your fully equipped 2-bedroom duplex and all of the amenities offered.
Please note, the fenced-in backyard is shared with the unit next to this one. There is a gate that will allow you access to that area. Please note that both units will share the space with their pets if you are bringing them.
No Smoking in the unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long-term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
