Alles ist in erstklassigem Zustand und die hochwertige Einrichtung (Geschirr, Besteck, Elektrogeräte, Mobiliar) ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber als wir ankamen und das Angebot an Küchenutensilien war auch sehr gut - Wir hatten sogar einen Mixer. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch das Schloss an der Tür war komplikationslos. Einen Tag vor Abreise hat der Service mich angerufen ob wir zufrieden waren und wir haben besprochen wie das Procedere bei der Abreise ist. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Wir haben die Santiano Flat kurzfristig für ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht. Wir waren von der Wohnung wirklich positiv überrascht. Sie liegt in einem größeren Apartmentkomplex direkt am Wasser/ Hafenpromenade und das tolle ist, dass es sich um eine Eckwohnung handelt, so dass man auch zur Seite einen tollen Blick hat und die Wohnung dadurch sehr hell ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist modern und elegant gestaltet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Promenade und das Wasser. Sogar aus der großen Dusche hat man einen guten Ausblick auf den Hafen. Alle (Küchen-)Geräte sind sauber, hochwertig und neu. Ebenso allgemein sehr positiv überrascht waren wir über die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. 2min Fußweg entfernt gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Edeka), unmittelbar daneben einen Spielplatz für Kinder und nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter aus dem Vermittlungsbüro sind freundlich, kompetent, entgegenkommend, sehr bemüht und gefühlt sofort jederzeit erreichbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle für den Service! Fazit: Ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, schöne Wohnung und eine top Lage.

Wunderschönes Appartement

In dem Appartement hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Das Bad/Dusche ist schön groß. Ebenso das Schlafzimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Abstellraum wo wir die Koffer unterbringen konnten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen schönen Blick auf das Hafenbecken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bei der Abreise ging die Übergabe reibungslos. Der Edeka ist keine Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand dauert es ca 10 Minuten. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus. Wir würden immer wieder buchen, sehr nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Büro.
