Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!

Mixed bag. Wasn’t terrible, and we needed the large layout for our family with teens. Pool was pleasant. Shower had nice super hot water. Staff was friendly. The rest not so great Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. Waited over an hour for the room. During which time we finished the “check-in” process (ie pressure to signup for time share appointment) Room we were assigned was kind of terrible. Bottom floor means no breeze. It was very hot and muggy. Also right on main road so lots of traffic noise at all times and bright lights in bedroom. Had to leave curtains open for what little air we could get, so was super bright. Window screens literally fell off of windows multiple times. Room not very clean. Washer/dryer full of sand. Only 1 hot tub in resort and it was tiny. Weren’t able to use it much as there was always a back up of people trying to get in. At the price point for this much square footage, really not that bad. But if I had it to do over again I would stay somewhere else. If you do say here, be sure to request an upstairs room away from the road!
