This property is just a few minutes' drive from Dock Square in Kennebunkport. This Beachside town, which offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles. Kennebunkport's most picturesque beaches are Goose Rocks Beach, where the sand is as fine as baking flour. Other beaches just across the town line in Kennebunk, Mother's Beach, have rock formations that create tidal pools for exploring tiny sea creatures. Mother's Beach is every child's favorite because of the playground next to the Beach. Also close are Middle Beach and Gooch's Beach, which offer the best fine sand for building contest-worthy sandcastles, surf for the most fantastic boogie board experiences, and a horizon for the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Our town is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination for visitors and summer residents.

Our space is surrounded by tall pine trees and nestled down a long gravel drive. It is so great to be tucked away, yet so close to all the excitement of the ever-growing Kennebunkport scene. Super close to several popular beaches, tennis courts, and golf courses, all just a couple of minutes' drive.

The entire house and apartment are private, and the guests are encouraged to make themselves at home.

Guests have full access to the property; locked closets are intended to remain locked for the owner's privacy.

The entire house and apartment with hardwood & tiled floors has a full kitchen & bathroom with a full-size washer/dryer. We have decorated the space with a modern-boho California surf style. This suite is close to Town Square, Kennebunkport, Goose Rocks Beach, and most of the 4-5 star restaurants in the area. Enjoy a night on the town or a relaxing evening by the fire!

One-bedroom apartment above our recently built garage; we have converted it into a nightly rental on Airbnb. This apartment has a lot of amenities that typical apartments do not offer, such as, hardwood and tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom area. There are wall-mounted mini-split heating and cooling units which are perfect for those few sticky nights we get here in Maine. In the full bathroom which has a shower stall, there is a full washer and dryer for our guest's convenience. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils and all cooking needs includes a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator.

The living area has a queen sized pullout couch to sleep 2 people with a couple of accent chairs to create a seating arrangement with conversation and interaction in mind.

The spacious bedroom features a king-sized bed and a trundle with two twin mattresses. We have included a TV in the bedroom as well for the guest's enjoyment.The entire apartment is private, and the guests are encouraged to make themselves at home. There is a patio space ideal for soaking up the sun, sitting under the stars, enjoying a fire and a cocktail, or resting while your dinner sizzles on the grill.

Bikes are a great way to get around and enjoy our town! We have 6 available for our guests to use during their stay!

There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
