Our space is surrounded by tall pine trees and nestled down a long gravel drive. It is so great to be tucked away, yet so close to all the excitement of the ever-growing Kennebunkport scene. Super close to several popular beaches, tennis courts, and golf, all just a couple minute's drive.

The entire property is private, and the guests are encouraged to make themselves at home. There is a patio space ideal for soaking up the sun, sitting under the stars, enjoying a fire and a cocktail, or resting while your dinner sizzles on the grill.

Welcome to The Salt Pine House, a spacious and family-friendly coastal retreat nestled at the end of a private drive and surrounded by protected woods. This 4–5 bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and walkable access to Dock Square, Kennebunkport’s charming downtown filled with restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.

Located just 5 minutes from several sandy beaches, the home is ideal for families, remote workers, and small groups looking to relax, recharge, and explore southern Maine.

CALENDAR AVAILABILITY & BOOKING DETAILS for 2026:

• May 14th - 28th: 2-night minimum.
• May 28th - June 26th: 3-night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend; you cannot check in or out on Saturday and Sunday.
• June 26th, we start our 4-night minimum.
• JULY & MID-SEPTEMBER: 4-NIGHT MINIMUM.
• Labor Day Weekend; you cannot check in or out on Saturday and Sunday.

We offer beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and beach parking passes for Kennebunk Beaches for our guests' use during their stay.

This vacation home is set up with our guests in mind.

• Linens provided for the king (1), queen (3) & full-size bed (1). There is a trundle twin bed in the third-floor TV room.
• Towels and beach towels are always fresh.
• We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
• Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals, and a dishwasher makes cleanup easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for your use and replenished as needed.
• Internet and Spectrum Cable.
• Ductless, wall-mounted mini-splits and Window Air conditioning.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.
