Distinctive and luxury living is redefined in this exceptional, 2600 sq ft. two-story townhouse. Even as you approach the threshold it becomes immediately apparent this is not your ordinary vacation accommodation. The custom entry door leads invitingly into the foyer lighted with dazzling crystal sconces which perfectly showcases the inlaid tile staircase. On this first floor is a master bedroom with a king bed and a stunning ensuite done with impeccable detail and a custom walk-in closet. Just outside this master suite is an open sitting area with a sleeper sofa (open sleeping area, no door) and laundry center.

The second floor welcomes you to the heart of the home with a considerably wide and open floor plan of unique richness and exceptional décor. The ceilings are high throughout the living and dining areas and the kitchen with cherry cabinetry, dazzling black granite and high-end stainless appliances will gratify even the most discerning cook. An additional two bedrooms are situated on this level, a king bedroom with ensuite and another with two twin beds which round out the sleeping in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse.  Sleeps 8 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 8.

The pool and hot tub was very nice and easily accessible. Key Largo has some of the best restaurants in the Keys. There were parks and shops to frequent, the weather on this trip was too cold for water based activities. Barefeet Rentals made the process easy.

House was beautiful, very comfortable and accommodating from me and my family. We mostly hung out and used the on-site facilities, pool and hot tub were very nice, had lunch down by the ocean and the kids enjoyed the game room, the pool was a little cold for the kids lol. Do not remember her name, but she was super nice and helpful and check in was simple and easy.

The unit was clean, spacious, and highly comfortable. There were so many things thought of, from the California king to the super sophisticated (but easy to use) espresso machine. The bi-level made it very easy for a large party to stay without disturbing each other. And the walk of fewer than 5 minutes to the ocean and ample pool/hot tubs can't be beaten.

We had everything we needed from towels to cookware. Beds could’ve been a little more comfortable but everything was great. Beautiful property. Our place to stay was very clean and well kept. Again excellent service. Great communication. Gave us all the information we needed to know including directions and baby equipment rental services.

This place was great. It has 2 master bedrooms, each with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, which was perfect for 2 families. The kids had a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bathroom of their own. The kitchen was great, and we enjoyed cooking and dining in the open layout.

We had 5 adults and enjoyed our trip very much and will be back for sure! Location was great couple hours drive to key west lost of fun places to stop and check out on the ride down! We will be back for sure! Lots of space to spread out not far from the pool! We drove down to key west and rented a boat for the day and explored which I highly recommend! We used Spencers Boat yard out of Key West! We got to town earlier than expected the rental wasn’t ready we asked if we could check in early the rental office was very helpful on checking and communicating with me what was going on! Check in an out were very easy! And the communication was great!

This unit was very clean and quiet. Upon arrival the clothes washer needed repair but the property manager had it repaired the following day. The first floor of the unit appeared like it was updated within the past couple of years. The kitchen was previously updated and very clean. The only criticism that I would offer is that the living room furniture is old and worn and very uncomfortable. But these were upgraded, this unit would be perfect. We would definately visit again!

The townhome wasn’t very clean. The master suite downstairs has a terrible odor. The bed needs new mattresses. Sheets were threadbare and scratchy. Security gate guards were often gone, leaving us unable to get back into the complex.

The condo is very large and comfortable, and is in a very nice complex with a security guard. The complex has a marina and a fishing pier, two swimming pools and a hot tub. The streets are shady for walking. The king bed on the lower level is very comfortable. The king bed upstairs has a topper which was not to the liking of our party, but others may like it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and has newer appliances. There is only a one hour window for check-in at the office, but I sent a scan of my ID ahead of time and they left the lock code and other materials in a pick-up location, and that worked well. We did not need to contact the rental office for any problems during our stay.

I really wanted to love this place....but the little things matter. The condo was beautifully decorated, the grounds were awesome, and it was very clean. But, there was only ONE roll of toilet paper, ONE roll of paper towels, and ZERO kitchen supplies (not even salt or pepper). We rented this particular condo because it was advertised that it had a gourmet kitchen, but only very basic cooking utensils were included. The plan was to cook every night, but because of the limited tools available, I had to totally change the menu for my friends. There wasn't even tongs or a spatula! There were a few mechanical issues as well, the jetted tub upstairs wasn't working properly and the downstairs tub the water would not get hot for a bath. I ended up taking 3 tepid baths....which really bummed me out, as that was another reason why I booked this condo. Maintenance came 3 days in to fix the upstairs tub, but no dice on the downstairs tub... Also, there was so much chlorine in the poolside Jacuzzi, I got a nasty rash. I will not book this location again....
