The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. "The first villa that we were put in was very dirty and smelled very musty. We immediately called the staff, and they worked to move us to a new villa. She was super helpful and gave us multiple listings to choose from. Since the villas are privately owned, it is really a maintenance company that you are dealing with. The villa we ended up in was very nice and bright. It was more updated and clean. Kiawah is absolutely beautiful!"

"Came here for spring break with the family and had a fantastic time. We love the beach, golf, and we play a lot of tennis, so it was the perfect set up. It was fantastic weather at this time of year so spend the whole day out exploring. We loved the house, the courtyard and the pool. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family dinners! Thanks!"

"Great spot and perfectly laid out for our group! Location was ideal - between Freshfields Village and Night Heron Park.Walk to the beach was very doable. Would recommend. Only critiques:The stovetop wasn’t great - the largest element seemed to only change sizes, not heat levels, so it only cooked on high.The management company was a bit frustrating to communicate with when we had trouble with the master bathtub, but we eventually figured it out (it was stuck and handle is weirdly loose), no thanks to many texts to management for clearer instructions.Also, the welcome texts said every bed had been “freshly made”, but since my daughter is allergic to dust, it seemed maybe the top bunk had not been recently washed since her eyes swelled up. We washed the bed and then she didn’t have any problems after that.Easy check out process - over all a good experience!"
