"Room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. Building was modern and clean. However, I asked if I could get a mini fridge put into the room. The staff said yes. The charge was €15. I was ok with that. However, the fridge was delivered to the room with a 2 pin power plug. As all hotel sockets were for 3 pin plugs, I went down to the reception and told them that the fridge could not operate without an adaptor. 2 reception staff then said, you have to pay an extra €6 for the adaptor. Personally, i think that's a bit ridiculous. Why charge visitors for the fridge that cannot be plugged in, and then follow up by charging them separately for the adaptor to make it eventually work? Apart from this odd setup, the hotel stay was great. But I still am confused with the fridge situation. If management have an answer for this, I would be very curious about their reasoning for such a policy. "
