"I had a great visit there last month. The room was very nice , great restaurant, as well as gym an pool. The location in the Docklands was terrific. Quiet, safe very scenic with a good selection of food options. The staff are their strength. Everyone I dealt with went above an beyond. I had some issues with a few lights in the rooms. They got on it right away, no joy. But they tried an comped me some great breakfasts, so I was content. My room required 2 remotes, I only had one. But they got me squared away properly. I loved staying there, an will do so next year."

"Great location near Trinity College and Temple Bar; room well appointed, but... There were some operational issues. Hot water was inconsistent and the adjusting valve for the shower was hard to adjust to reduce water temperature. Breakfast buffet was generous,but some food (eggs in particular) was often left out too long. Other times, stuff (wheaten bread, hand fruit, bananas) ran out either early or late in the day. Overall, a good value, but some of the little things could have been done better."

"Our room was a family room with a king bed and 2 singles. We loved the size and layout of the room. It was very comfortable. The bathroom was our only complaint. The shower didn’t work, the water only dribbled out but we were only staying one night before leaving Dublin so we didn’t report it."
